Close the bleed valve and fill the bottle with CO2 until the pressure in bottle is 3-5 psi lower than the keg pressure. 5. Turn on the “liquid” to start bottling, turn on the bleed valve if the flow is getting slow. The lower the pressure, the faster the flow. 6. Close the three-way valve to vertical position when finish, cap the bottle quickly. Tips: 1. Keep the bottles and beer kegs cold to avoid excess foams. 2.
